“Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen.”
FunkyHum24n is a regular member on Bungie.net who joined February 23rd 2008. With an influence that stretches across the Internet (often just copying things and posting them on B.net to seem smart), one must wonder what this ambitious, but quiet member is really doing on Bungie.net. (wow what an egotistical doucheb-AAAAAAAHHH, STOP CHOKING ME!)

[edit] On Bungie.net
FunkyHum24n has a tendency to go on a posting spree for a short time before fading away for the rest of the day. (The idiot probably just has a short attention spa-GAH, LET GO OF MY NECK!!!)
However the majority of his time on Bungie.net is spent in the less chaotic private forums of chapters.
[edit] Personal Life
Not much is known about Funky's personal life, other than him being from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
He also claims to be the supreme leader of a Soffish army in secret. He claims that they will be revealed when Bungie takes over the world. He states he will uses his soffish army to save the world from the tyranny of Bungie so that the world may be graced to Soffish and FunkyHum24n's tyranny.

“Pfft, the "greater good" is overrated.”
“A common Ministerial Council ruled the common government: it comprised the three ministers for the joint responsibilities (joint finance, military, and foreign policy), the two prime ministers, some Archdukes and the monarch. Two delegations of representatives, met separately and voted on the expenditures of the Common Ministerial Council, giving the two governments influence in the common administration. However, the ministers ultimately answered only to the monarch, and he had the final decision on matters of foreign and military policy.
Overlapping responsibilities between the joint ministries and the ministries of the two halves caused friction and inefficiencies. The armed forces suffered particularly from overlap. Although the unified government determined overall military direction, each remained in charge of "the quota of recruits, legislation concerning compulsory military service, transfer and provision of the armed forces, and regulation of the civic, non-military affairs of members of the armed forces". Needless to say, each government could have a strong influence over common governmental responsibilities. Each half of the Dual Monarchy proved quite prepared to disrupt common operations to advance its own interests.
