Bungie Ride Along

History
Edit
Bungie Community Ride-Alongs were introduced by DeeJ in December 2011. In the Ride-Alongs, DeeJ and other Bungie employees play online multiplayer video games with various Bungie Community groups and, occasionally, the community at large. When the community at large is involved, DeeJ or a leader of the Community Group will create a thread in the Community Forum on Bungie.net inviting community members to join the game on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ride-Alongs typically occur on Mondays or Tuesdays, and have involved numerous online multiplayer games, including Halo: Reach, Halo 3, Minecraft, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, and others.
With Bungie "going dark" and Weekly Updates ending in the period before Bungie announced its next project, Ride-Alongs were added as a way to keep Bungie Inc. involved with its community.
